B12 Myths
- Vitamin B12 is not a fat loss solution
- There is no arguing – as evidence suggests that B12 can boost your energy levels (see next myth), but this doesn’t burn fat. Fat loss is simple – calories in v calories out. Vitamin B12 injections are not a quick fix for fat loss.
- Vitamin B12 will give you an INSTANT energy boost
- Though evidence does suggest you can achieve an increase in energy levels, this is generally found in people who are already deficient in B12. B12 is considered the key to unlocking energy.
- Only vegans and vegetarians are at risk of a B12 deficiency
- Yes there is a risk that by reducing the opportunity of achieving B12 you may become deficient, however, not all vegans or vegetarians are B12 deficient.
How to book:
Once you have booked a one off treatment or a course of treatments we will send all new clients a patient registration form. This is the single most important piece of information that we require from you. We will be unable to administer any treatments without this information being completed.
Payment can be made online or by credit/debit card.
A £20 deposit is required for a course of 4 treatments
A £35 deposit is required for a course of 4 treatments with blood tests
An invoice will be emailed with a payment link for deposits to be made. Deposits must be made within 24hours of your scheduled appointment.
